 We transport dogs, cats, and most small companion animals. Whether your pet is shy, elderly, anxious, recovering from surgery, or energetic — we adapt to their needs.

Transporting pets involves more than a simple car ride. We provide safe handling, stress reduction, reliable scheduling, and support for multi-pet and busy households or those without a vehicle or means of transportation. We will also assist you in getting that anxious cat into the carrier.

 Yes. We specialize in care for older pets, anxious pets, medical cases, and post-surgical transport.

We are a privately, woman-owned and operated, local pet transport service offering compassionate, concierge-style service with professional handling, clean vehicles, punctuality, communication, and a pet-first philosophy.

Vet visits, transporting stable pets between hospitals, drop off and pick up from grooming, daycare, and boarding appointments.

Booking is simple: contact us, provide pet info and trip details, receive confirmation and pricing, sign release forms. Providing at least a 24 hour notice for appointments is best to assure availability, but we may also be able to accommodate an urgent care or emergency type need. 

Please note: we are not able to provide emergency pet care. We can get you to where you need to go for that.

Depending on availability and transport type, trips may allow owners to accompany their pets.

We use secure crates, safety-rated harnesses, temperature control vehicle, sanitization between trips, and continuous monitoring.

We primarily serve Hampshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts, with extended transport available depending on distance.

Yes! We provide 10% senior and student discounts.

We provide pet medication delivery from your local pharmacy or vet office. We also provide a compassionate ash delivery service for those who find returning to where they last saw their pet too stressful or traumatic. In addition, if your pet dies unexpectedly at home, we will provide transportation to the cremation facility of your choice.
